Description: The Customer Contact is added in CC&B. If configured, CC&B can automatically create a Customer Contact when Service Agreements are activated. CC&B creates a Dashboard Alert for the Customer Contact information and displays the last contact in the Dashboard Alert. Refer to process 3.4.1.1 CC&B v2.5 Manage Customer Contacts.
